Stomach Indigestion Home Remedy
I have a problem related to the stomach like appetite, indigestion, constipation etc. Please suggest me the remedies. Thanking you?

Remedies for Loss of Appetite and Indigestion The stomach problems most people suffer from are caused primarily due to a bad or inconsistent diet, irregular eating habits and low levels of hygiene in the areas used to prepare food. Generally preventing these factors from becoming constant in one's life will help prevent a stomach disorder. In order to build a proper appetite you will need to create a need for your body to replenish itself.
This can be created only by exercising regularly, abstaining from smoking (smoking kills one's appetite) and sleeping properly. Exercise helps build muscle and expend energy which requires food; sleeping helps regulate and allows the digestive system to function properly.
A lot of times Indigestion is caused due consuming a lot of fried foods, meats, and also over eating.
It can even be caused when a person eats another meal before the last meal is properly digested or the consumption of too much alcohol or caffeine. In order to stop indigestion you can try fasting for an entire day or drink lemon juice that is mixed in water three times a day. Or chew a small piece of ginger five to eight minutes before a meal. Constipation can be quite an irritating ordeal and is caused due to lack of physical activity and the over consumption of junk food or pain killers and antidepressants. Eat a lot of green vegetables, fresh fruits, peas and sweet potatoes as they are high in fiber and help stimulate bowel movements.
