Pimple Treatment

How can I prevent the increase of the growth of piles on my face, neck and stomach? They are multiplying and it is spoiling my face. Please help me, I am a young lady.

Home Remedies for Acne

I presume that you are talking about pimples. From what you have described it would seem that you have a rather sever case of acne. Acne is caused by blockage of skin pores by dead skin cells and excessive levels of sebum.

Use a cream containing benzoyl peroxide to treat acne. Benzoyl peroxide is a surface irritant that especially effects those with dry or sensitive skin. Wash the affected skin gently every night and apply your anti acne cream.

Make sure that you treat your skin extra carefully before applying the ointment as damaged skin reacts violently to benzoyl peroxide. When you wake up, wash your face with warm water and a gentle soap free face wash. Keep in mind that your skin will now be a little sensitive and so it would be best that you avoid using facial scrubs as it is abrasive and will damage your skin. If you have oily skin, steam your face at least once a week and use a mud pack, made out of Fullers earth to draw out excess sebum.

To avoid pimple outbreaks, I suggest that you have a healthy balanced diet that includes fruits and vegetables. Try to have a salad at least once a day and avoid processed white flour foods.
