Natural Treatment for Blood Cell
The volume of blood in an individual's body is determined by proportionate to his or her size. The blood produced by your body will accordingly change in relation to an increase or decrease in your body weight. Increasing the volume of blood in your body is not something that would be considered.
Blood loss is however common in the case of an accident or if you have recently donated blood. Certain conditions like anemia may also affect the production of red blood cells. Although you can not actually speed up the body's production of blood, since it is a fixed process, you can increase the numbers of red blood cells. This is particularly important for anemia. Similarly a moderate intake of iron would also help. Exercise to a certain extent does stimulate and improve the production of blood, as it increases the numbers of red blood cells in the body. Red blood cell count can also be increased in a low oxygen environment, such as on a mountain at a high altitude. Short, cold water baths are also believed to help increase the production of blood and circulation. Another useful method that is sometimes used to increase the body's metabolism and blood production is a cold mitten friction.
