Body detoxification tips In order to flush your body of toxins, you can follow a simple routine of detoxification once a month. This will cleanse your entire system and will help you to improve your general overall health as well. You can follow a three day process to do this effectively.
The only condition is that you must stick to the diet plan, or else it will be of no use. Earmark the days and begin by starting the day with a glass of hot water and a teaspoon each of honey and lime juice. On day one: proceed to drink fruit or vegetable juice all day.
Have as much as you want, and as often as you want it. Make sure it is fresh and not processed, and try to stick to a single fruit or vegetable all day. If you cannot control your hunger, you can also have the fruit or vegetable raw. Make it a point to drink water all day.
On day two: eat raw and fresh fruits and vegetables only. Avoid citrus fruits which are also acidic in nature. Stay with sweet fruits and you will experience positive results. If you eat fleshy fruits such as bananas, you will also not feel hungry all the time. Try not to eat more than a couple of fruits every alternate hour, as this will become excessive and unnecessary. On day three: start with eating cooked food protein such as lentils. Towards the end of the day, start with carbohydrates as well. The fourth day can see you eating normally.
