You can lose weight by having a more disciplined lifestyle which combines regular exercise, a well balanced diet plan, healthy eating habits at regular mealtimes (not munching on junk food now and then) and developing a positive attitude.
Maintain a food diary to monitor what you eat and how much you eat. If you still have difficulty losing weight, consult a dietitian to chart out a diet plan suitable for you.
