Overweight people sweat more than normal. Therefore eating a healthier diet and losing some weight can help to reduce this excessive underarm sweating.

Drink plenty of water every day as it helps regulate body fluids and blood circulation which then results in a person sweating regularly. You can also try applying tomato pulp on the underarms and leaving it on for about 15 minutes. Then wash the area well with plenty of water. Do this daily for a week– you can be sure of positive results. Wear cotton clothing. Other clothing materials do not allow your skin to breathe or get enough air and this can cause armpit sweating. You could try these options to stop underarm sweating naturally. Besides this it is also important to wash and shave your armpits regularly. Why does pubic sweat smells different from armpit sweat?

Sweating helps to regulate a person’s body temperature as well as get rid of toxins and other body fluids inside the human body. However, excessive sweating in this area is both annoying and embarrassing. Given below are some common armpit sweat solutions. Being stressed, nervous or anxious about something can cause you to sweat more. Practice breathing exercises, or relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and so on to calm yourself down. Even listening to soft, tranquil music will help. Another way of reducing sweat and bad odor is by making a paste of walnut leaves and eucalyptus and applying it to the underarm area. You can also try using apple cider vinegar, lime juice or vinegar under your arms.

Ensure that the area is free from any cuts or nick before you do so. It is advisable to apply either of these in the evening as they emit a foul odor. Wash them off in the morning and apply your usual deodorant thereafter. Vaginal sweating is not as noticeable of course as armpit sweating; however, it can also be an annoying problem. One way of dealing with vaginal sweating is to wear loose fitting cotton underwear which allows your skin to breathe.
