Home Treatment for Joint Aches If you are faced with the troublesome problem of joint ache and are below the age of 35, you need to first get a medical check up and determine what exactly the problem is. This is not a natural phenomenon and it is essential that you are adequately educated about your problem in order to treat it best. Joint pains can be caused due to many reasons. It could be that you have inflamed joints, or are facing the onset of arthritis or rheumatism. In either case, you will have to take great care not to aggravate the situation.
You can begin a routine of Yoga everyday, for at least 30 minutes. This is generally considered to be the best way to take care of joint aches of any kind. It will exercise your joints very mildly, yet firmly and will lead to a reversal of the problem, whatever it may be. The only thing is that you would need to be regular with it. You should also try to eat a clove of garlic every night before going to bed, as this is considered to be an excellent remedyforjoint aches. If possible, add as much garlic as you can to your food as well. Try to switch to sipping warm water all day, as opposed to drinking cold water. This will also help with relief.

Joint pain causes and remedies Frequent joint and muscle pains indicate your body is being exerted too much. This can happen if you overdo your exercises in the gym. This can also happen if you have decided to take on more work than you can handle. Work as it is leads to stress and more work merely means more stress.
Joint pains, medically termed as arthralgia, can also be caused due to dislocation or fracture of the bones. So, before you do anything else, check for a fracture or dislocation and accordingly consult an orthopedic surgeon. If it isn't a fracture or a dislocation, then the joint pains are merely due to exertion and physical strain. Get into the bath tub, run a warm water bath and let it soothe the joints. Massage the joints with mustard or olive oil. Also, try a few stretching exercises as well but remember not to exert yourself.
Muscle pains, also known as myalgia, are the result of tension, stress, or injuries during exercises. Muscles when overworked tear and bring unbearable pain. In such cases, you need to give them plenty of rest. Get plenty of sleep. Sleep helps mitigate the stress that your muscles have been put through. Again, warm water baths are of an immense help as well. Finally, take strolls in the park, go cycling or swimming too. These exercises improve the tone of the muscles and help them recover.
