Kidney stones home remedies

The formation of kidney stones is a fairly common occurrence. In some cases the stones   are of fine, grit like consistence. In other cases these develop to a good size.

The stones are formed of substances and chemicals that are already present in our urine.   Sometimes these chemicals are present in unusually high quantities in the urine therefore making them insoluble. In most cases the kidney stones are made almost entirely of calcium. in some cases the stones are made of combinations of calcium, ammonia, magnesium and phosphate.

Kidney stones are formed when the urine is heavily concentrated. This could be due to heavy perspiration or also due to insufficient intake of fluids. People who have kidney stones, find themselves wanting to urinate frequently and also complain of pain.

Since the formation of kidney stones can be attributed to a sedentary lifestyle and a diet that includes tea, coffee, white flour and  spicy rich food in large quantities, you should first of all change your dietary habits.
Boil around sixty grams of kidney beans in four liters of water, over a low flame for six hours. This liquid should be strained and then strained once again. This should then be drunk by the patient once every two hours. After the first day this can be drunk  regularly.
