Body detox tips

I am trying to do the master cleanse, but I can't stand the taste of the maple syrup. It is much easier for me to take a few spoonfuls of syrup a day than to have to drink it all day long. Is it necessary that the ingredients be combined when ingested?

From your question I understand that you have embarked on some kind of detox regime.  However, since I am not sure of what you mean I cannot offer any suggestions or advice. If you are following some kind of a detox programme, you should stick to all aspects of the same.




If you find that you are unable to follow all the instructions and steps included in the plan, you should be a little more careful while picking a plan to detox yourself.

Cleansing can also be done at home, if you chose to follow certain rules. Remember to increase your intake of fluids.


An increased intake of water helps in cleansing your system of all kinds of toxins. Diluted fruit juices with no added sugar are also effective in flushing the toxins out of your body. Avoid eating cooked food and stick to salads. The salads should not contain a high fat salad dressing. Fresh fruits can also be eaten. Drinking diluted buttermilk is also beneficial. You can also drink warm water. Adding the juice of half a lemon and a tablespoon of honey is optional but is also beneficial. Lemon juice, diluted with plenty of water and with only a pinch of salt added to it, can also be consumed.
