Diet tips Advice The problems you are having sound like those of a person who habitually is trying to go on a diet and is unable to do so because they cannot stop thinking about it! If you follow a proper diet that gives you all the nutrition you need in order to keep your body healthy and perfectly functional, there will be no reason for you to suffer in this manner. Your diet should typically be comprised of six small meals in a day, rather than two or three large ones.
For breakfast, you should start with a large portion of fruit, followed by milk and cereal. You can substitute cereal with any kind of bread, but not more than two slices. After three hours, you can have a snack of fruit or milk.
Two hours after this, lunch should begin with a large bowl of salad. Include carbohydrates, proteins and fibre in your diet and try to stay away from fats. Restrict carbohydrates to 50 grams only, which could translate to 2 slices of bread or a small cup of rice. Two hours later, you can have a snack comprising of milk and fruits. Two hours after this, have a light dinner that begins with a large bowl of salad. If you are still hungry, just before bedtime, you can have a glass of milk with three to four biscuits and a small fruit. This diet will not allow you to feel hungry all day, and will also ensure that you are not putting on weight, while making certain that you are eating everything you need.
