Natural dieting methods
I m 23yr old, want to flatten my belly fat. Half an hour after having lunch I feel hungry again. When I control my hunger & not eat anything, I suffer from headaches. .Due to this I am unable to continue with dieting. Some home remedy please............

Natural dieting methods There are several natural ways to lose your tummy as well as the excess weight. You can start with drinking a glass of hot water with half a lime and a teaspoon of honey stirred into it. Hot water, lime and honey are collectively very good at melting fat.
Have at least 10 to 12 litres of warm water throughout the day. This will make a big difference to your weight loss efforts. One of the most difficult things to stick to is an exercise routine.
If you can put in 30 minutes of simple aerobic exercise daily, it will work very effectively. You must concentrate on doing stomach crunches. Start with doing five a day and increase one every day. You must also eliminate alcohol and fizzy drinks – these are empty calories which will add to the fat and nothing else.
You can also make small changes in your daily life that will help you considerably. Eat potatoes only once a week, and always with peel. Replace chips with fruit slices. Say no to sweets. Have a fruit to kill the craving for a fatty snack. Start each meal with a bowl of salad. These will help you the most. Not only will you be able to lose weight, you will also be able to keep it off.
