If you have inherited leucoderma, it is important for you to know that you may not be able to get rid of it completely.

Drink a glass of warm milk with a teaspoon of turmeric powder added to it every night before bedtime. This is known to be useful in taking care of leucoderma. Do remember that this remedy takes a long time to show effect, so do not lose patience. Apply a paste of sandalwood powder and olive oil to the patches. This will help in lightening and eventually getting rid of them over time. One very important thing to remember is that you must not eat any fish, since it is believed eating fish and milk may aggravate the problem. Red and white radishes are both extremely effective in treating this problem. If possible, you must eat at least two of each kind of radishes daily. Try to do this during the first part of the day, as it will give you gas later on.
