Life today is fraught with stress, the ill effects of eating fast foods and following unhealthy diets. Nor surprisingly our body contains a high level of toxins which prevent us from achieving our complete potential and make us feel tired and jaded. As a result most of us, despite our easy access to good food and in large quantities of it rarely feel really healthy.


  We usually feel lacking energy or even vitality to face the day and our work.   

Detoxing is a good way of getting rid of all these impurities that live in our bodies.  If you want to detox at home, using products that you can easily find in your kitchen and on the shelves of your fridge, you can do this.


Fluids are usually the key to flushing out the toxins from our body. Water is absolutely essential to detox the body. You can also drink unsweetened fruit juices. Diluted buttermilk is another good option.  Warm water is another option. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into this when you drink this in the morning. Honey added to warm water is also a healthy drink. Avoid eating food that contains a high level of oil and spices. Instead, opt for fresh fruits and healthy salads. Regular exercise and a good night's sleep are essential too.
