You have named a large number of problems, and so it becomes difficult to decide which particular one to address. If you are having all these problems collectively, it is imperative that you seek a medical examination to determine if there is a single cause for them, or they are all occurring due to assorted causes. When put together, all these symptoms sound like a case of extreme fatigue.


But, you would need to determine this from a doctor. Meanwhile, there are certain home remedies you can follow to chase away your symptoms individually.

If you can include a 30 minute exercise session in your daily routine, you will be able to get rid of the fatigue and headaches, and your overall health will improve considerably.


Increase your water intake to about 10 litres day at least, as this will help you by flushing out toxins from your system and cleansing it from within. For your dizzy spells, it is important to test yourself for low blood sugar or low blood pressure. Both of these diseases cause this symptom in the beginning. In order to cope with general tiredness and your tendency to fall asleep anywhere, it is essential that you boost your general health and stamina. This can be done by boosting your immunity. Take a dose of Echinacea or Indian gooseberry (indian gooseberry) every day. Both of these are easily available in pill or powder form in stores that sell natural and organic products. These products are well known for boosting your immunity.

Nausea leaves you feeling queasy and unsettled. Nausea is a symptom of some medical condition and should be treated with the seriousness it deserves. Sometimes people complain of nauseous if they are prone to motion sickness. Eating a lot of sugary stuff can cause you to feel a wave of nausea. Most people who suffer from nausea long to vomit it all out and then feel better.

When you feel nauseous, you should first  drink of cold water. Don't' gulp down all the water in one go. Take small cautious sips. Chew on a pinch of carom seeds, allowing the juice that this generates slide down your throat. You can also nibble on a piece of dry toast. This usually works.

Of course, the best thing to do when you feel nauseous is to stay away from food. A glass of water with  the juice of half a lemon squeezed into it can be drunk. However, remember to avoid adding honey or sugar. Instead drink it with a pinch of salt.
You can also make ginger tea by boiling a cup of water with one tablespoon of grated or chopped ginger in it. Drink the strained liquid and you will feel better.
