Hair fall advice and remedies

There is a vast variety of reasons that could be responsible for you losing hair, especially on the crown part of your head. The most major one that is possible is heredity. You must remember that if you have a genetic history of losing hair along the crown of your head, there is very little you can do about the situation except accept it gracefully.

Among the other main reasons for hair loss of any kind are excessive use of hair dryer or irons, excessively dry hair, dandruff, unclean hair and scalp, stress, keeping the hair constantly tied up and not taking proper care and maintaining it well. Check this list of conditions to see which applies to you and eliminate the most obvious ones from your lifestyle.

If you still feel you need to take extra care, you can try to massage your scalp with warm castor, olive or coconut oil.

All these three oils are known to have almost magical properties that will help your general hair and scalp health and not let hair fall excessively. Leave the oil in your hair overnight and wash it the next morning. Try not to use warm or hot water. As far as possible, use cool to cold water to wash your hair, as this will not allow it to further weaken and fall.
