Advice on Weight Gain

In order to help your daughter to put on weight, it is important to know her age, lifestyle and certain eating habits. This will make a difference in our recommendations. However, since none are supplied here, a few generic suggestions can be followed by any person desiring to put on weight.

Contrary to popular belief, exercise is a way to lose as well as gain weight. Your daughter must indulge in a routine of daily exercise for at least 30 minutes. If she does not want to work out, you can ensure that she plays a game of some sort for the duration.

Swimming is also an excellent option. This will get her blood flowing, her circulation up and will also stimulate hunger. If your child has had a good round of exercise, she will also eat well.

You should also feed your child a good diet that is rich in carbohydrates, proteins and fiber to ensure that she puts on weight sensibly and does not just bloat out of proportion. Since there is exercise involves, protein is essential building her muscles, otherwise she will become needlessly fat. If this routine is followed for a minimum of a month, you will begin to see a noticeable change in your daughter's weight as well as general attitude and life.
