I was 150 pounds and was very happy with my weight now I have lost 21 pounds in 3 weeks and I want to gain my weight back fast can you tell me a home remedy for my problem.

As you mentioned that you were happy with your previous weight, I presume that you did not attempt to lose weight and that it "just happened". If this is true, I suggest that you visit your doctor immediately as sudden weight loss generally has more serious implications.
Among other afflictions, sudden weight loss can be indicative of Ovarian Cancer. Ovarian cancer is generally linked to extreme and unintentional weight loss. This is not a hard and fast rule, but I still think that you should visit your doctor to make sure.
In case you had a drastic change in diet and exercise and you were unhappy with the results, you are right in avoiding prescription drugs to regain weight. It would be best if you follow a diet that is healthy but high in carbohydrates and fat. This will ensure that your body has more than the required amount of fuel and hence you will start to put on weight. I would suggest that you also follow a regular moderate exercise schedule daily to make sure that you build up muscle mass instead of pure fat.

Weight gain natural remedies First of all, and more important than how you can gain the lost weight — how did you lose the weight to begin with? If there was a major (but temporary) change in your eating and sleeping habits over those three weeks or if you were ill and are now once again in good health, then there is nothing for you to worry about. Now that everything is back to normal, you will gradually return to your previous weight of 150 pounds, and there is no special diet or treatment that you need in order to gain the 21 pounds you lost. In fact, it is a bad idea to increase your intake of food or to start any supplements, as you might end up putting on extra weight or causing some other problems. Simply continue to eat your normal diet, and take up some daily exercise (if you are not already doing so) in order to have a healthy appetite while simultaneously working off excess calories.
However, if you are not sure why you suddenly lost 21 pounds in the space of three weeks, you should visit a doctor immediately. Any sudden and unexplained weight loss can be a sign of some serious disease.
