Treatment for hair loss There are some simple herbal home remedies available for you to produce fresh hair growth. You can follow them at home quite easily as well. But first, you must try to figure out why you are losing hair in the first place.
There could be many reasons, and you would have to make sure that you get rid of the reasons first. If you are living a highly stressful life, for example, then you can begin by making sure that this is taken care of. Stress is one of the leading causes of hair loss.
Poor maintenance is also a cause for hair loss. You should take care of this by following a routine of maintenance that will ensure you take proper care of your hair.
For regrowth, one of the best remedies is to apply the juice of a freshly grated onion mixed with a teaspoon of honey into your scalp. This will produce fresh hair growth. But you would need to be patient, as this could take anywhere from about a month to a year. You can also make a hair rinse by soaking a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds seeds in a cup of water overnight and rubbing the water into your scalp in the morning. This encourages new hair growth as well. Castor oil is considered to be magical in growing fresh hair. Apply this to your roots, leave it on overnight and wash the next morning.

Hair loss natural remedies There is no real home remedy that can be used to regrow hair that has been lost, at least if the cause of the hair loss is genetic and age related. You have not mentioned your age, but in most cases, hair loss is hereditary for men, and simply a part of the aging process. Unless you are under the age of 30, your hair loss is probably normal.
If you are well below 30 or if hair loss is unusual in your family, you should consider visiting a hair specialist. There are several factors that can cause premature hair loss, and if you can determine the cause you will be more successful in stopping the hair loss. Note that reversing hair loss is very rare, but it is sometimes possible to stop it.
You can try mixing vinegar and water and applying this solution to your scalp. In case the problem is a fungal infection of the scalp, this treatment will help. Note that results will be slow, so you will need to keep up the treatment for at least a month before you notice any change. In addition, some general hair care measures will help — oiling your hair, using an appropriate shampoo and conditioner, and finding the right frequency for washing it.
