I read where drinking aloe was good for something, but I cant remember what, and where do you get liquid aloe?

Remedies with Aloe Vera Aloe Vera juice contains over 200 biologically active compounds including Enzymes, amino acids, biological stimulators and essentials vitamins. It also contains calcium, magnesium and zinc which are necessary for optimal bone density. Aloe Vera contains vitamin B-complex and essential fatty acids which aid digestion and ensure healthy glowing skin.
It is supposed to be consumed on a daily basis and helps to restore and maintain the balance of stomach acids.
Although Aloe juice is used for various ailments, it is most commonly used to treat ulcers, colitis and IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). Aloe juice has been found to have anti- bacterial, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties.

You should try to have a little juice before and after your meals. Aloe juice is available at most pharmacies and health food stores. When buying Aloe juice, avoid the completely clear juices and choose one that is light golden instead, as these have a higher medicinal value.
