Home Treatment for knee aches

The kind of pain you are describing could be a result of many things. It could be that she has had some sort of injury that she is unaware of and this is causing the pain. It could also be that she is suffering from some sort of an injury like nerve damage, or a pinched nerve or a muscle that has pulled or has had a spasm.

In order to determine the exact nature of the problem, it is always advisable to get a medical opinion. You need to show her to a doctor who will be able to diagnose what the exact problem is. You must do this as quickly as possible as the symptoms you are describing sound like they point towards a serious problem.

It is not natural for anyone to have this kind of pain, which is debilitating enough to make the person unable to walk for a few seconds, and it is almost always indicative of some sort of disease or other problem. In order to soothe the pain, you can apply ice packs to the area that is paining the most. This will numb the pain and provide temporary relief. It would be inadvisable to do anything else without discovering the source of the problem.

Knee ache natural cures

You have not mentioned how old your wife is or how much she weighs. There could be a variety of reasons for the pain in her knees. If she has a job that involves standing for long hours, that could explain the pain. Ensure that she takes frequent rests when she is at work. If she is overweight, this could be the reason for the pain in her knees. She can lose weight in order to ease the weight on her knees. This will give her knees some relief. If her knees hurt her too much to consider some physical exercise, you can ask her to cut down on her intake of sugar, white flour, and dairy products like cheese. Ensure that she eats balanced meals. Green leafy vegetables, salads, fresh fruits and whole grains should form an integral part of her diet. She can us a towel dipped in hot water or else heated on a hot pan to get relief from the pain.
You should consult a doctor about the pain that she suffers when she stands up. Even if she is unable to practice any regular physical exercise, she should spend some time doing some simple exercises to ensure the free circulation of blood in her legs.
