Natural cures for cold You have not given any further details about your medical condition. I can only assume that you require help with treating a cold. A cold is a regular feature of our lives and is usually caused by an infection.
You should ensure that you keep yourself arm. Avoid eating ice creams or drinking cold water or cold drinks. Instead drink tea, coffee or even soup. You can heat some water and add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to this. Inhaling the steam that rises from this will help you breath easier.
Ensure that you eat light but nourishing meals. Dry toast and soup are ideal when you have a cold. Food that contains a lot of sugar or oil should be avoided. Unsweetened fruit juices can be drunk. You should rest as much as possible since a cold is your body's way of telling you to take it easy. Avoid going out and mingling with people since a cold is infectious and you may pass it on. If you cold persists for over a week and shows no signs of reducing its intensity, then you should consult a doctor since it could be a symptom of something more serious.
