Hi am 16 yrs old and I want to increase my height as I look short when I stand with my friends. I would like to get some tips to increase height

Although there are various companies that claim that they have invented a new device or formula to make you grow taller, they are all scams. This may seem to be an extremely bold statement, but there is absolutely no scientific evidence to support these claims (although most of them claim that their products are scientifically proven).

According to scientific research, there is little or no evidence to suggest that a person can grow taller after puberty.


Since you are still sixteen years old, you still have various options. Your height is regulated by a hormone called Human Growth Hormone. To ensure that your body is producing an optimal amount, make sure that you have a balanced diet and exercise daily.


A nutritious diet and regular exercise will aid your body's natural processes including the process for enhancing height. In addition to this, make sure that you have a regular sleep schedule as a sleep deficit can lower the amount of growth hormones your body produces. There are various stretching exercises and Pilates that can help to increase your height. Pilates help to stretch your spine and strengthen the deep abdominal muscles, which leads to an increase in height. Another excellent option for you would be swimming. Swimming regularly will help to increase your height and strengthen your spinal muscles.
