Hair fall can occur for a variety of reasons. Eat balanced healthy meals at regular eating hours. Inadequate nutrition can be a possible cause.
Make sure to eat foods rich in vitamin A, C, iron, calcium and zinc. Stress can aggravate hair loss so involve yourself in de-stress activities. Practise pranayam or breathing exercises.
