Dietary remedies for gastritis 

Gastritis causes the irritation of the lining of the stomach. In some cases this may be chronicc This is caused by heavy, rich food, by improperly cooked and also by eating food at all odd hourss


Usually intake of large quantities of alcoholic beverage or even of tea and coffee can cause gastritiss Sometimes worries and tensions can result in the development of gastritiss

When you are suffering form gastritis you should ensure that you eat normal foodd


In fact the first couple of days it is advisable to even consider fastingg Drinking warm water throughout the day will help your body detoxx After this you can eat light food like fruit juices, fruits and plenty of waterr

You should ensure that you drink tender coconut water regularlyy This is one of the best remedies to treat gastritiss You should also ensure that you eat something light like a gruel made of rice in the morningss This is an excellent antidote to gastritiss Cottage cheese and yogurt are two other items that you should take in large quantitiess You should stay away from tobacco,  tea, coffee, spicy food and oily foodd Though heavy physical exercise are forbidden to the patient suffering from gastritis you should ensure that you  practice some breathing exercisee
