If you are physically well and whole again, there should be no reason for you to not conceive again. You must stop constantly thinking about this, however. This can affect your emotional state and health.

Being anemic may not necessarily affect your chances to conceive. But it is important for you to maintain overall good health to conceive and to carry a pregnancy to term. If you are anemic – and having a light period is not an indicator of anemia, you would have to get it medically determined – then you may have other problems such as inability to physically cope with the pressures of pregnancy. It is important for you to get a complete medical check up done this time and treat and take care of any problem before you conceive to avoid the happenstance of miscarriage the second time.
