Grey hair alternative cures

Grey hair is part of the natural process of aging. Depending upon what age you are, you can try some home remedies to arrest the growth of grey hairs. It is important for you to note that if you are going grey after the age of 35, there is very little you can do to stop this as it is part of a natural process.

If you are greying before this age, then it is called premature greying. It is caused by an excessive intake of tea, alcohol, meat, caffeine, and oily, fried, greasy, sour, spicy, and acidic foods, all of which contribute toward reducing moisture and nutrients reaching hair follicles.

The body's natural hair dye is known as melanin, and its production may drop due to a lack of copper in the body.

For this, you must eat foods like crabs, oysters, sunflower seeds, almonds and cashews. Sea food also provides you with iron and iodine, which are generally good for health. Carrots are also useful in maintaining the health of the hair, as they contain beta carotene, which is essential for good hair growth. You can also make it a point to eat a liter of yogurt daily, as it helps with the general health of your hair. Apply olive oil to soften your hair and avoid making the coarser strands of grey stand out.
