Advice for Eyesight Problems When it comes to problems with organs of the body such as the eyes, it is best not to spend too much time struggling to solve these problems ourselves, as the failure of these efforts may allow the problem to become irreparably worse, and sometimes even do further damage that could have been avoided.
Foreign objects often get into our eyes, and in most cases, our eyes are able to take care of the problem themselves, with some minor pricking and burning sensation. However, in the few cases where this does not happen, it is best to visit an eye doctor and let him or her take over.
If you want, you can make one last effort to flush the foreign object out of your eye — make sure that you use a special eyewash solution for this. Lie down, and ask someone to pour the solution into the affected eye. You need to keep your eye wide open of course, and look in the direction of the eye, in your case, look to your right.
Remember that a lack of symptoms such as burning, redness, and blurry vision does not necessarily mean that the situation is harmless. Sometimes the damage is not apparent till several days later when vision starts suddenly and rapidly deteriorating.
