What other remedies, other than the ones posted on your site, will help me to cure a UTI quickly and throughly. I have had serious UTIs before and I don't want to risk the one I currently have getting any worse.

I would recommend taking D-mannose. Many people who have had recurring UTI are finding D-mannose to be effective including myself. Eliminate sugars from your diet. Eat lots of blueberries and drink unsweetened cranberry juice. Replace beneficial bacteria by taking probiotics or eating yoghurt or both. Drink lots of water. Stay away from sodas and artificial sweeteners. Stop with the antibiotics if at all possible. You are getting into a catch-22 situation. The antibiotics help you get rid of your UTI but they weaken your immune system and kill beneficial bacteria which then causes other problems such as candida overgrowth.

Honestly, Naturopathic medicine is not a quick fix approach. If you want a fast acting medication, you need to goto your MD and get antibiotics.

If you are willing to invest some time and effort in your approach to fighting off a UTI, success is likely but it will not be a quick fix.

If you have tried some basic home remedies that have not worked, and are committed to treating this with natural, non-toxic substances, then you need to make an appointment with a qualified naturopathic doctor.

Good Luck,
