Health Advice on Allergies and Sinuses
An allergy is well defined as the reaction of our immune system to various foreign substances that are responsible for causing myriad inflammatory reactions. Even though these foreign substances are harmless to human body, they result in allergic reactions because some bodies do not accept this kind of contacts.
Asthma and sinus are also associated with allergic reactions that take about one to two weeks to heal completely.
People suffering from asthma are allergic to foreign substances such as pollen, dust mites, mold and animal dander. These substances get in touch with the body and enhance inflammation of the airways. The best way to get rid of the allergy is to stay away from the allergen for few days.
Similarly, sinus infection is also an inflammation of the nasal passage and sinus. This kind of inflammation is triggered by allergic reactions with dust, mold and pollens. The person getting an allergic reaction shows the symptoms of fever, headache, cough and nasal congestion. Sinus is also associated pressure in the eyes, cheeks and nose. If you stay away from dust and pollen for a week, the allergen will completely eradicate from the body system.
Whether it is sinus or asthma or any other kind of allergic reaction, the only solution is to stay away from the allergens causing reactions.
