Skin itches most of time, when ever I get hot skin breaks out in a big rash all over my body but mainly on my arms, small closely grouped red dots, they itch like crazy and the surface of my skin becomes really hot.

Skin Rash Natural Cure

Redness and inflammation of the skin are the common symptoms of dermatitis. They are skin lesions, also referred to as erythema. Contact dermatitis are rashes that are seen as a result of exposure to harsh chemicals, such as dyes, cosmetics, detergents, soaps, clothing and plants such as poison ivy and poison oak.

Identify the allergen that is responsible for the problem. Topical application of aloe vera gel is effective. Bark of witch hazel is used as an antioxidant.

A paste of baking powder is applied for effective treatment.

Supplements of vitamin E or cod liver oil prove beneficial. Apply olive oil on the skin rash. A decoction of chamomile tea is used as a wash. Wash the area with soap and water. Alcohol rubbing on the rash helps. Chamomile essential oil helps in reducing inflammation. Calendula essential oil aids in elimination of microbes. It also helps in triggering white blood cell synthesis.

Fresh leaves of jewelweed are effective in relieving rashes. Flowers of wild pansy help in soothing skin rashes and acne problems. Baby oil is also equally effective and relaxing.
