Indigestion Natural Treatment
Indigestion is a condition experienced by almost all individuals. Nausea, laziness, fatigue, stomach pain, heaviness in the stomach, tongue coating, diarrhea, stomach distention, vomiting, headache and acidity are the various symptoms of indigestion. The various contributing factors of indigestion are smoking, improper eating habits, emotional problems, smoking, irregular eating habits, eating quickly, intake of antibiotics, over eating, eating of deep fried foods in excess and excessive consumption of caffeinated beverages.
A small piece of ginger works wonders in relieving indigestion. Distended stomach and acidity are removed by drinking a glass of water. Half a teaspoon of aniseed enhances the digestion of individuals with a poor stomach. You can also try drinking butter milk after meals. It is an effective technique to reduce indigestion.
Half a teaspoon of roasted cumin seeds in it, further improves the process. A powder of equal proportions of black pepper, anise seeds, common salt, fennel, ginger powder, asafetida, cumin and dried mint leaves is taken. A teaspoon of this mixture is consumed twice a day for extreme relief from indigestion. Lemon juice is mixed in warm water. This is consumed thrice a day to enhance digestion. Refer to your gastroenterologist, in case, these remedies fail to prove beneficial.
