Apply a mixture of pure vinegar and water on your scalp. Soak a cotton wool in the mixture and gradually smear on your scalp.
Leave it overnight and wash off next morning. This will help remove dandruff.
Massage with a mixture of vinegar and lemon juice. This also is an effective cure for dandruff.
Fenugreek seeds are another effective cure for dandruff. Soak these seeds in curd overnight. Apply curd on your scalp next morning and leave for an hour before washing.
You can even soak fenugreek seeds in water and use this water to wash your hair. This will prevent dandruff, reduce hair fall and provide you healthy and beautiful hair.
Egg pack is also a useful cure for dandruff.
Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin belonging to B group of vitamins. This vitamin is essential for breaking fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Consume foods such as yeast, egg yolk, liver, milk, barley and soy that are rich in biotin. Biotin enriched foods will help in preventing and treating dandruff.
A gentle massage with olive oil, castor oil or coconut oil is also effective in treating dandruff. Leave the oil for one night and next morning wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
