Natural treatment for rashes
Mix a cup of raw oatmeal in a bath tub and soak in it everyday. Apply Aloe Vera gel, vitamin E and cod liver oil to the rashes 2 to 3 times daily. Grind 1 tsp of poppy seeds with an equal amount of water and a few drops of lime juice to it. Apply this mixture on the rashes.
Massage your legs n arms with olive oil to alleviate itching.
Wash the area with comfrey tea or chamomile tea regularly. Use warm or lukewarm water for washing the affected skin 2 to 3 times a day and especially when you come from outside.
Keep the area clean and dry it with a soft cotton towel. Whenever you sweat in your arms and legs, do not just wipe or dry it off. First wash it with warm water and then pat it gently. Never rub the rash affected skin as it will aggravate the condition.
Eat lots of green leafy vegetables as they contain minerals and vitamins which nurture the skin.
Check before you use new cosmetics or lotions. Avoid them for sometime. Try not to scratch the rashes as it might inflame them and become painful.
