Health advice for knee pain

Apply alternate hot and cold fermentation on the knees as a form of natural cure for knee pain. Continue with the one that gives you more comfort or you can use both of them to relieve knee pain. Use this for at least 2 to 3 times a day and especially after getting up form bed as the joints might feel more stiff and painful than other times and at night to ensure smooth blood circulation and to alleviate knee pain which night have been aggravated during the daytime.


But if the pain is due to a knee injury then avoid heat fermentation till the swelling reduces.

If you are overweight, try losing some extra pounds to minimize the pressure on your knees.
Wear right kind of shoes so that it aids your knees rather than becoming a source of pain themselves.

Avoid any strenuous activities that might build extra pressure on the knees like kneeling, bending, squatting, carrying heavy objects or climbing stairs too much.
Lightly massage your knees with warm mustard oil 2 to 3 times a day. This is a very beneficial home remedy which will alleviate knee pain and enable the blood to flow smoothly.
