I  have some home remedies for you:

--Drink more liquids, esp water.

--For fevers that cause discomfort , sponge with lukewarm water.

--Dip cloth in salt water and put that cloth on your forehead.Repeat it atleast 10 to 15 times.

Call a doctor if the fever stays 102 for two full days.
