There are many effective cures and remedies for soar throat. Here are some of the most effective natural cures for soar throat: - Vitamin C is the best tonic for soothing soar throat. Foods rich like orange, lemon, and tomato that are rich in vitamin c can show wondrous effects on relieving soar throat.
- Zinc is also used effectively to soothe soar throat. Foods such as beef, seafood and oysters are foods rich in zinc. Include these foods in your daily diet or take zinc supplements.
