Kidney Stone Natural Treatment

Olive oil with lemon juice has apparently worked wonders for a number of people who have tried it after using conventional methods. If you seem queasy to try it out there are many other methods amongst natural remedies as alternatives to help ease kidney stones and provide you relief. Drink plenty of herbal tea and warm water many times during the day as this is known to flush out excessive build up of calcium from your kidneys. Unlike what the term says, kidney stones are calcium deposits that crystallize in your kidneys due to lack of water needed to help cleanse the system. Good old plain water is nature's best cure and prevention method for stones. It helps to lessen the formation of calcium deposits for those who have recurrent stones and helps prevent in those who are susceptible to it. At least 12- ounce glasses of water must be drunk consciously to get your kidneys back in order.

Some nutritionists are of the belief that a daily dose of magnesium and vitamin B6 helps prevent the occurrence of kidney stones, amongst those patients who have previously had a bout of the disease. Supplementing your diet in the form of vitamin intake especially in components high in magnesium and vitamin B6 can keep the disorder at bay. At least 800 mg of magnesium and 100mg of vitamin b6 should help see you through.
