Naturally Treat Missed Periods
Absence of periods for more than three months is not something to be taken lightly. You would need to go to the root of the issue on why you are missing your periods. Firstly you should try to keep of stress as that can hamper the menstrual cycle to a large extent.
If you are under heavy strain physically and mentally you would need to get into a regime of yoga and meditation. On the other hand home remedies from the spice rack should help to bring back the normalcy in your cycle.
Ginger is the best known herb and spice to regularize periods altogether.
Fresh herbal tea made from either dried ginger or the fresh root is highly beneficial. Steep a teaspoon of ginger powder in hot water that has just being boiled or put in a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger in a cup of boiled water and let it infuse for as long as 15 minutes. Drink this concoction as many times during the day. In addition to making irregular periods regular it can also help to normalize other ailments if present. Herbal tea made from fennel is also a great cure for irregular cycles. Take a teaspoon of freshly ground fennel seeds and infuse it in the same manner that you would be making the ginger tea. This too is a great reliever.
