Sore Throat Natural Cure

Even though nearly all sore throats are a sign that a cold or flu is on its way, and you can do nothing about it apart from waiting for the throat to ease on it's in a week's time, it's not always so. More or less some sore throats are due to some sort of allergic reaction, smoking both active and passive, chronic secretion of mucus from the rear of the nasal cavity into the upper part of the pharynx, yeast in the mouth or perhaps various intensities of bacterial infection into the throat tissues. Sometimes it so happens that when the body is experiencing a lowered immunity functionality, sore throats take place because of an onset of a by a moderate viral infection.

Gargle with hot water and a teaspoon of salt added to it. Stir the salt well in the hot water and gargle the liquid till the glass is emptied. In most cases salt water helps to clear off the throat infection if done many times during the day. You can also try adding two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water and use it as a gargle as an alternative to the hot salt water gargle.
