Tummy reducing tips To make your stomach smaller it is also important to lose your whole body weight. It is also possible to make your stomach small with the help of surgical procedures but it would be the least thing a person should think off. Reduce your over all weight and tummy gradually by following these simple home remedies -
- Eat small meals at frequent intervals avoid starving yourself as this leads to binging most of the time. The main contributing factors for big belly are modern sedentary lifestyle and junk diet.
- Avoid simple sugars and refined or processed carbohydrates. Choose whole grains and cereals and its products, remember cutting down on sugar and refined foods will help a lot to reduce your belly.
- Start your meals with a bowl full of salad (without any fat dressings). Drink a big glass of water 20 minutes before having a meal. Drink plenty of water in a day to keep yourself well hydrated.
- Chew each morsel at least 32 times before gulping it down and take at least 20-25 minutes to complete your meal.
- Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables but have skim milk and its products, fish, eggs and poultry in moderation.
- Physical activity or exercise is a very important criterion to remain fit, lose weight and build muscles. Just a simple brisk walk for 40-45 minutes or stretching exercises for lower body and stomach will help.
