Remedies for menses pain
Hi, I am 24.I get severe right lower abdomen pain during 1st day of my periods. I can't even lay down. The pain continues for 6-8 hours. I vomit and excrete several times. I have this pain for last 6-7 years. I have showed it to many doctors but no use.

Remedies for menses pain Herbal tea offers great benefits in relieving stomach cramps during menstruation. Tea made from fresh or dried ginger-root is a useful solution at such times. To make a soothing cup of ginger-root herbal tea, take a handful of ginger-root, cut them up well and fine, soak it in hot boiling water.
Take the water off the heat and let the ginger-root slices infuse in the water for half an hour to 45 minutes. Keep sipping this herbal tea all day long one-fourth cup at a time. The tea will bring immediate relief from the cramps and the pain.
Doing yoga can ensure long term benefits. Stretches and simple yoga exercise done during the period as well as before and after the menstruation cycle helps to balance the stomach muscle to large extent. Regular practice of yoga and exercise will completely eliminate all kinds of pains and aches during periods.
One particular exercise involves kneeling on the floor and sitting on the heels. Slowly bend forward and get your forehead to touch the ground. Fold your arms and place them on your stomach. Stay in this position till the time you are at ease. Slowly move upwards and rest your legs. This is a perfect comforter for cramps and spasms.
