Treatment for allergies 

Allergies occur when a foreign substance irritates your body for some reason and your body shows its rejection in the form of outbreaks of rash, itchiness, sneezing or coughing attacks, respiratory problems and even choking. It is essential to recognize and isolate the irritant so you can avoid contact in future. However sometimes allergies can be due to elements in the atmosphere beyond our control.


In such cases, it is crucial to create an oasis or sanctuary where you can stay in an artificially pollen and dust free atmosphere with low levels of humidity. This can be achieved by air-conditioning your home and office as well as using an air-cleaner and de-humidifier.

Apart from this, try keeping your house and office as clean as possible.


If it's the dust that irritates you, then either wear a face-mask while cleaning or think of hiring help to do the cleaning. Remember to wipe humid areas thoroughly with fungicide ad also to keep your pets clean and at a distance if it's their fur that is irritating you. Avoid heavy carpet which accumulate dust and tiny mites and keep your mattresses, pillows and blankets clean and aired out. A miracle potion for all sorts of allergies is Apple Cider Vinegar. Consumed as a daily tonic at the first symptom of an allergic reaction it not only stops the reaction it also keeps at bay further attacks. You can have it by mixing 1/8th cup of the apple cider vinegar in 8 oz of water and drinking it throughout the day.
