I AM 20 YEARS OLD.MY HEIGHT IS 164CM.WEIGHT IS 68.I WANT A QUICK HOME REMEDY TO REDUCE IN TWO MONTHS.I CAN EXERCISE DAILY FOR 30 MINS AND NOW DAILY MORNINGS I TAKE HONEY MIXED IN HOT WATER.SO ADVICE ME.

Natural remedies for weight loss 

One of the essentials of losing weight regardless of whatever age you are is maintaining a proper watch on the amount of calories you consume and how many calories you burn. Therefore to lose weight effectively you need to be burning more calories than you consume. Your diet plays the most important role in managing your weight.


You can start by maintaining a log of the amount of calories you consume everyday, and after a week of collecting this information try and see where you can effectively cut down your calorie consumption on a daily basis to at least half.

However this does not mean that you eat less, but eat the right kind of food. Therefore focus on eating foods like fruits and green vegetables that are high in nutrients but low on calories.


Avoid foods that have a high amount of refined carbohydrates and sugars, such as junk and processed foods. Avoid the intake of too much salt as it has been found to increase body weight. Also avoid the consumption of dairy products like cheese and butter as they contain high amounts of fats. Exercising is essential and you are on the right track if you continue on a daily basis, without any compromise.
