Piles health advice
From your description, it sounds as though it could be piles. Pregnant women or women who have recently delivered children often suffer from piles. Constipation is usually the main reason for piles.
The most effective way of curing constipation and piles is by watching your diet. Eating a high fiber diet helps. Drinking plenty of water and ensuring that you get some amount of regular physical exercise are other factors that can help you.
Drink a cup of warm milk before going to bed. Avoid eating white bread, potatoes, processed food. Instead eat salads with a light dressing. Eat papayas, radish and turnips. Eat at least one ripe banana every day. Avoid drinking too much tea or coffee. Instead sip on warm water or fruit juices.
You can also soothe the affected area by soaking a warm bath. Wash your rectum with warm water regularly. Remember to pat the area completely dry. Since you are suffering pain and discomfort it is a good idea to avoid using strong soaps, or other products. Even using slightly rough toilet roll can cause discomfort and should be avoided.
Eating figs is a good way to fight the constipation. Simply soak five figs in a bowl of water overnight. In the morning eat the figs and drink the water they have been soaked in.
