Sweating natural cures
Perspiration is a natural function of the human body and occurs when the body gets overheated, thus bringing the body back to its normal temperature. It also occurs sometimes due to a nervous or anxious state, known as a “cold sweat”. The reason sweat is easily noticed under the armpits is because the moisture gets trapped there and cannot evaporate as easily as the other areas of the body.
This trapped moisture is also a breeding ground for bacteria and these bacteria cause the bad odor that is associated with armpit sweat.
You can use antiperspirants to control sweat, but this is not advisable. Instead, you can at least control the odor by taking a bath or shower at least twice a day, or just washing your underarms if you don’t have the time.
When bathing, use an anti-bacterial soap and dry your under arms thoroughly after washing them.
Drink lots of water — contrary to many assumptions, keeping your self hydrated helps get rid of the waste in your body, which means less toxins and hence less bacteria. Even though a control of your diet alone will not remedy excessive sweating , it contributes a small amount to reducing body odor and perspiration, as foods like onions, fish, garlic, and certain foods rich in spice can affect the smell of your sweat. Finally, at the root of the problem is your under arm hair, which holds the sweat. You can try to remedy this problem by shaving your arm-pits to reduce the build up of sweat and eventually bacteria.
