Hair fall advice
You have not mentioned your age or sex. For some men, after a certain age, there may be nothing that can be done to stop, or rather reduce, hair fall. Some amount of hair loss is of course normal, however, as you have mentioned, many men experience increased hair loss and what is known as male pattern balding, which sometimes begins as early as in the 30s.
This condition is primarily hereditary, but sometimes can be aggravated by other factors. Certain types of exercise and excessive exercise seem to intensify and speed up hair loss. Stress also has the same effect.
In addition, several environmental factors may also play a role. Apart from male pattern balding, hair loss may be experienced due to excessive stress on the hair itself, iron deficiency, certain fungal infections, thyroid problems, and several other diseases and conditions. It is best that you visit a specialist to determine what the cause of your hair loss is.
However, general cleanliness and health, as well as hair care can help. Wash your hair regularly but gently, dry and comb it gently (never comb hair when it's wet), be careful with the hair care products that you use, and eat a healthy, balanced diet.
