Gray hair cures

Grey hair at an early age is sometimes a symptom of improper protein production. Melanin ceases to be produced, which results in white hair. There can many reasons for the pre-mature graying of hair, such as hereditary reasons, stress, prolonged illness, worry, deep sorrow, or malnutrition.

The following are some of the home remedies to reduce the growth of grey hair:

  • Massage your hair with coconut oil mixed with lemon. Keep it on for half an hour and then wash your hair. You can repeat this 3-4 times a week.
  • Increase your intake of whole grain breads and cereals.
  • Increase your intake of foods rich in thiamine and folic acid, such as spinach, sunflower seeds, tuna, green peas, tomatoes, beetroot, cabbage, and dried beans.
  • Massage gooseberry paste into your scalp regularly.
  • Take a cup of black tea, add a tablespoon of salt. Let it cool. Massage the mixture into the roots and rinse with water after an hour.

Your hair also needs adequate amounts of Vitamin A, Vitamin B, and several minerals. To increase your intake of Vitamin A, you should eat more green vegetables, orange and yellow fruits and vegetables.

Tomatoes, cauliflower, cereals, liver kidney, and yogurt contain Vitamin B. For minerals, you can eat red meat (although not too much), parsley, eggs, wheat, and sunflower seeds. You should also make sure you get enough protein by eating sprouted whole grains, cereals, meat, and soy.
