Food allergy treatment
There is no home remedy to combat a food allergy. In fact, no real treatment at all is possible until you are able to identify what exactly causes an allergic reaction. Even after a particular food has been identified as an allergen, the main course of action is simply to avoid that food.
The most common allergic reactions are to peanuts, tree nuts, sea food, milk, and shellfish. In addition, some people are allergic to eggs, soya, wheat, and sesame. There are also rarer allergies that are difficult to identify. Determining which particular food or foods (it is possible to be allergic to several foods) sets off an allergic reaction can be quite difficult, especially in the case of rarer allergies. If you are not able to identify your allergy on your own, you should visit a doctor, preferably an allergist. An occasional negative reaction to certain food is sometimes mistaken for an allergy, but in your case, the symptoms seem to indicate an allergy for sure. The allergist will study your medical history and symptoms, try a few elimination diets, and then perform a few allergy tests which will identify the cause of your allergic reaction. Once this is done, you will simply need to avoid consuming this food.
