Hair fall remedies

It is a natural process to loss a certain amount of hair every day as well as to reproduce the same. But if the hair loss is excessive and there is hardly any replacement of hair, then it is a cause for concern. Excessive hair loss could be part of your heredity, or consumption of certain medicines, or certain physical ailments, or malnutrition.

To stop excessive hair loss, massage coconut milk into the scalp, leave it on for half an hour, and then rinse it with warm water. Make a mixture of half a cup of black lentil powder and one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds powder. Add half a cup of yogurt to it.

Apply this mixture on the scalp and leave it one for two hours before rinsing it. Make a paste of olive oil, honey, and cinnamon powder. Massage this paste on the scalp, leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it with a mild shampoo. Use this paste 3-4 times a week. To reduce hair loss, massage the hair with essential oils like jojoba oil, rosemary, lavender, cedar wood, and bay. Mix one tablespoon of castor oil, one tablespoon of glycerin, and a teaspoon of cider vinegar and add this mixture to a mild herbal shampoo. Use this to wash your hair.
