Eczema treatment

In order to control itching all over the body, it would be better to try and get rid of Eczema altogether. A paste of sandalwood powder and rose water is an effective method for getting rid of eczema. A paste of nutmeg and tomato peels is also an excellent remedy for getting rid of eczema.

Both these solutions will also provide soothing relief to the dryness and irritated itching that typically accompanies the problem. You can also apply milk cream to the affected area. Camphor is also an old Ayurvedic remedy for Eczema.

If it is not available in lotion form, you may use camphor powder mixed in just enough milk to form a paste. If available close to you, try to get some vitamin E essential oil and apply that on your hands. This will take care of the problem.

For itching of the whole body, you can drink a teaspoon of sandalwood syrup mixed in a glass of water. A teaspoon of rose syrup mixed with chilled milk and consumed every morning will also soothe your body considerably. It is also important that you avoid consuming anything sour, since that will only aggravate the itching. You must also try to be on a vegetarian diet; this will help cure the problem faster.
